This privacy notice explains how we will collect, store and use your personal data in order to facilitate the Domino’s Stuffing giveaway (the “Giveaway”). 

2. WHO ARE WE?

Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Limited of 1 Thornbury, West Ashland, Milton Keynes MK6 4BB (“Domino’s”) and One Green Bean of The HKX Building, 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG (“OGB”) are joint controllers of the personal data processed for the Giveaway (“we”, “us” or “our”). 

3.  WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND WHY DO WE COLLECT IT

By registering for the Giveaway, we shall process the following personal data:

This processing is necessary to facilitate the Giveaway and our lawful basis for processing your data is necessity for the performance of the contract. 

We will process your personal data solely for the purpose of facilitating the Giveaway. We will process personal data to notify the winners and to send the Giveaway prize. 

4.    WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED AND WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

All data will be secured on OGB’s secure servers within the UK.

We will share the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland winners details with Harris PR to facilitate the delivery of the prize.

OGB and Harris PR will share your data with a delivery couriers to package and send the Giveaway prize to winners.

In some circumstances, we may have to disclose your personal information by law because a court, the police or another legal or regulatory enforcement agency has asked us for it.

We require all third parties that we work with to treat your personal data as confidential and to fully comply with all Data Protection Legislation.

5.    HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA

We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose.

Domino’s will delete all personal data provided for the Giveaway by 30th December 2024.

OGB and Harris PR will delete all personal data provided for the Giveaway by 30th December 2024.

The delivery couriers will delete all personal data provided for the Giveaway by 30th December 2024.

6.    YOUR RIGHTS 

You have a right to request access to or rectification of your personal data which we hold about you. You also have a right to erase your personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us and to transit such personal data to another data controller.

Please note, when dealing with a data subject request, we have a duty to take reasonable measures to verify the identity of the data subject who has made the request.

If you are concerned about our processing of your personal data, you have a right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or the Data Protection Commission in the Republic of Ireland. 

If you think any information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to us or email us and we will correct or update any information as soon as possible.

This notice is for information purposes only and does not create contractual rights or obligations.  It may be amended by us at any time.
