Eligibility to Enter/ Opening and Closing Dates

  1. This giveaway is open to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees (and their immediate family members) of Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Limited (“DPUK”) and its associated companies or subsidiaries or anyone professionally associated with the giveaway or any member of any such person’s family.
  2. By entering the giveaway, entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements of DPUK that may be imposed from time to time. 
  3. This giveaway opens at 18:00 on Monday 25th November 2024 and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be valid.

   How to Enter

  1. To enter into the giveaway, entrants must submit their name, email address and postal address, on the giveaway microsite (www.getstuffed-dominos.com) 
  2. One entry per email address. Multiple entries are not permitted.

    Winner Selection

  1. A total of 1,500 UK mainland and 360 Ireland and Northern Ireland winners will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted during the Giveaway Period (the “Winner(s)”). 
  2. UK mainland Winners will be notified by DPUK’s PR agency, One Green Bean, using the email address [email protected] and Ireland and Northern Ireland Winners will be notified by DPUK’s PR agency Harris PR, using the email address [email protected] the week commencing 2nd December 2024. 
  3. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. 
  4. One Green Bean and Harris PR will provide the names and postal addresses of the Winners to courier service providers in order to facilitate the delivery of the Prizes (the “Delivery Suppliers”).
  5. One Green Bean, Harris PR and the Delivery Suppliers shall delete all personal data relating to the giveaway by no later than 30th December 2024. 

The Prize 

  1. The prize shall be a pack of 300g Domino’s Garlic & Herb stuffing (the “Prize(s)”). 
  2. Each Winner shall win a Prize.
  3. Delivery and postage costs are included as part of the Prize. 
  4. The Prizes shall be posted to the Winners by no later than the week commencing 16th December 2024.
  5. The Prizes will be delivered by the Delivery Suppliers to the postal address provided by the Winners.
  6. The Prize is subject to availability and are non-transferable. No cash or other alternative to the Prize will be offered. 
  7. In the event a Winner does not receive their Prize, a UK Winner should contact [email protected] and a Irish or Northern Irish Winner should contact [email protected] 
  8. In the event that any Winner is unreachable, ineligible or fails to take delivery of their Prize, the Winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to the next entrant selected at random in accordance with these terms and conditions. The original Winner shall not be entitled to any alternative prize or to any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu of the Prize. 

     General

  1. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. DPUK cannot be held responsible or liable for system failures on submission of any entry.  Similarly, DPUK cannot be held responsible for the failure of third parties to fulfil their obligations in relation to this giveaway, although DPUK will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants of any such failure.
  2. All entries submitted must be free from sexist, racist, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, anti-religious, homophobic, bullying, abusive, harassing, threatening, violent, pornographic, nude, partially nude, infringing, hateful, or other content adjudged unacceptable by DPUK in its sole discretion. DPUK reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to remove any entries or comments that it considers to be offensive and/or to prevent further entries or comments from being uploaded.
  3. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this giveaway, DPUK may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept an entry.
  4. DPUK’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway, and no correspondence shall be entered into. 
  5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPUK will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners and / or entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes or otherwise arising out of this giveaway except where it is caused by DPUK’s negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
  6. DPUK will not be responsible or liable for the failure of third parties to fulfil the obligations involved in this giveaway. 
  7. DPUK will not be responsible or liable for the Prize to the extent that the Prize has been tampered or interfered with by any third party due to circumstances outside of DPUK’s control, and DPUK shall not be liable or responsible for any damage or loss suffered as a result. 
  8. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity relating to the giveaway. When the Winners are contacted, they will be asked for their consent to this further publicity. Participation is at the Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance. 
  9. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  10. Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Please see our Privacy Notice for further information on how we will process your data. 
  11. Entrants and Winners personal data will be processed strictly to administer this giveaway and all personal data will be deleted by DPUK within one month of the giveaway closing. 
  12. This giveaway may be cancelled or amended at any time by DPUK without prior notice and in its sole discretion.
